A Life Worth Noticing

Cayias & Co. began with a question:

When did we get so busy building our lives that we forgot to actually live them?

Somewhere between careers, relationships, beauty routines, expectations, group chats, appointments, algorithms, ambition, and the approximately seventeen things we're supposed to be improving about ourselves at any given moment, life became something to manage.

Cayias & Co. is interested in everything underneath that.

An independent editorial journal about modern womanhood, style, culture, relationships, ambition, home, and the complicated business of becoming who you are.

We talk about getting older. Wanting more. Changing our minds. Loving beautiful things while questioning why we want them. Building careers that look impressive on paper and wondering whether they actually make us happy. Marriage. Friendship. Money. Fashion. Identity. The internet. And all the strange expectations attached to being a woman who is supposedly old enough to have figured everything out.

We haven't.

That's rather the point.

There will be fashion here. Beautiful homes. Hotels worth booking a flight for. Things we're buying and things we're absolutely not. Books, dinners, opinions, obsessions, and the occasional question that probably doesn't have an answer.

But Cayias & Co. isn't interested in telling women how to perfect their lives.

There are already enough people doing that.

We're more interested in talking about what it feels like to live one.
